Those cheap Android phones can for example be bought for below £100 in the UK on Orange’s pre-paid plan today (see http ). US carriers such as Virgin-Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS are also bringing these types of cheap Android phones to the US market on pre-paid plans, no contracts needed.
